Refund / Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Engineering Your Growth. We aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required.

  • Downloadable software products

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at admin@engineeringyourgrowth.com to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@engineeringyourgrowth.com.
